Sagrantino di Montefalco - Casale Triocco


This is a red passito that comes from Tuscany
Good to drink with cantucci or as meditation wine.
It have a back taste of ripe blackberry
Very good

Govone Langhe Nebbiolo


This is a red wine with a marked tannic taste.
It is good with Meat.
Important, drink it above 16°C otherwise you can taste only the tannic.

Valdobbiane Andreola Dirupo


This is a valdobbiane prosecco, good, dry but not too much.
It is good for first dishes.

It is good also for appetizers with some snacks

Sant'Orsola Brachetto d'Acqui

 

This is a dessert wine, it is a sweet sparkling red.
To womans this wine like a lot.
It is good.
At first sip it is a little dry but it disappear instantly bring away from papules

Of course it is a dessert wine for not too sweet dessert

Champagne Luc Betouzet


This Champagne is good, have a distinctive taste of bread.
It is a Champagne without too much papules, so not too much sparkling.
It is good for first dishes and entree.
I don't see it with meat.

Terrazze di Montevecchia BRUT


This is a wine that I like a lot, it is an italian white sparkling.

It is made in Montevecchia from the agriturismo.

I had discovered it some year ago in my mum birthday, we went a sunday for lunch and I like it immediately, It had seem to me a good Champagne.


It has a back taste of liquorice that I like a lot.

It is not too dry and it is good for all meals.

For sure you have to try it
